How do I return an item?

We take extreme care to triple check and carefully package every order, but if you receive an incorrect, disappointing or damaged product we want to make it right. Just let us know and ship it to us and we'll send you a replacement or credit. We can cancel your order if you request it at If we receive the cancellation request after the order has already been shipped, just send the order back to us and we'll refund your purchase.
