Return Policy:
We take extreme care to triple check and carefully package every order, but if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, just let us know and ship it to us and we'll send you a replacement or credit. We can cancel your order if you request it at CustomerService@CypherStyles.com. Checks and Money Orders
We only accept US Checks and US Money Orders. Please send them to us with a print out of your order and your address. We will ship your order within 1 business day of when your payment clears. The majority of our customers will not pay sales tax on our items. If you live outside of the state of Pennsylvania in the US there is no tax. If you live inside Pennsylvania there is a 6% tax on all non-clothing items. If you live inside Allegheny County or Philadelphia County in Pennsylvania there is an additional 1% tax. These taxes will be automatically calculated and added to your sub-total when you purchase from us, and you will be asked to approve them when you checkout.

Our US shipping policy is to ship to all 50 states every day of the week (note that Puerto Rico is considered international). All orders are shipped within one business day from receiving payment.
We offer many different United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options, from the cheapest to the quickest, at the time of checkout, along with cost and the estimated arrival time of your order, which is normally 2 to 5 business days. The closer you are to our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA the sooner you will receive your order, so please wait to ask about the status of an order until the estimated arrival time (2 to 5 business days) has passed.
After your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing a package tracking number that you can check on the USPS Website to find out the status of your delivery.
If you have multiple product types in an order that require different packaging (posters in a tube and DVDs in a box), you may receive your items a few days apart in separate packages.

» So will all discs on the site play in my DVD player?Our DVDs are primarily NTSC Region 1 encoded, which means that they are designed for US and Canadian DVD players. Many DVD players and ALL computers worldwide will play DVDs from all regions, including our Region 1 DVDs without any problem. Some of our DVDs come from outside the US and are International PAL format, instead of the standard North American NTSC format. International PAL DVDs will play in any computer or international DVD Player and will also play in Playstations 2s, Xboxs and Xbox 360s. PAL DVDs will not play in most North American DVD Players or in any Playstation 3s. If you don't have a PAL DVD Player you can purchase an International DVD Player from us. Almost all of our DVDs are commercially pressed, but a few producers only offer DVD-Rs for their releases, which will play perfectly in almost any modern DVD Player and on any computer DVD player.
