We take extreme care to triple check and carefully package every order, but if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, just let us know and ship it to us and we'll send you a replacement or credit. We can cancel your order if you request it at CustomerService@CypherStyles.com. If we receive the cancellation request after the order has already been shipped, just send the order back to us and we'll refund your purchase.

If you live outside of the state of Pennsylvania in the US there is no tax. If you live inside Pennsylvania there is a 6% tax on all non-clothing items. US Shipping Our US shipping policy is to ship to all 50 states every day of the week (note that Puerto Rico is considered international). All orders are shipped within one business day from receiving payment. We offer many different United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options, from the cheapest to the quickest, at the time of checkout, along with cost and the estimated arrival time of your order, which is normally 2 to 5 business days. The closer you are to our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA the sooner you will receive your order, so please wait to ask about the status of an order until the estimated arrival time (2 to 5 business days) has passed. After your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing a package tracking number that you can check on the USPS Website to find out the status of your delivery. If you have multiple product types in an order that require different packaging (posters in a tube and DVDs in a box), you may receive your items a few days apart in separate packages.
