SIZING: The CypherStyles Pads are are designed for a Small or Medium Sized User. To guarantee a good fit just wrap a piece of string around your elbow and measure how much string you need to completely circle your elbow comfortably. If it's between 9.5 inches or 24 Centimeters up to 11.5 Inches or 28 Centimeters these pads will be a good fit for you.
