ELBOW PAD SIZING: The CypherStyles Elbow Pads are are designed for a Small or Medium Sized User. To guarantee a good fit just wrap a piece of string around your elbow and measure how much string you need to completely circle your elbow comfortably. If it's less then 11.5 Inches or 28 Centimeters these pads will be a good fit for you. If your elbow is larger, these pads will not be a comfortable fit and we'd recommend our adjustable "PRIMO" elbow pads.

KNEE PAD SIZING: The anti-friction, elastic large kneepads provide a comfortable and secure fit for almost all users. They are ideal for knees from 12-16 Inches or 30-40 Centimeters around. We also sell small kneepads that are ideal for knees from 8-12 Inches or 20-30 Centimeters around. To find your perfect size, wrap a string around your knee. Than use a ruler to measure the length of string required to wrap fully around your knee.
