Mr. Freeze - Straight Uo Foundation
The video covers basic BBoying moves and how to put them together in a simple set and add some style and variation to the steps. The video teaches basic BBoy moves like Toprock, Kneedrops, 6 Step, Chair Freeze and some examples of common mistakes you should try to avoid with some of the moves. It's very well shot with high quality footage, and Mr Freeze is a good, experienced teacher. The video feels like Mr Freeze is your personal teacher going over the basic moves of BBoying and putting them together in a combination for you to perform. Mr Freeze covers a lot for it being only 15 minutes long and it's worth watching as a beginner or intermediate training video. Freeze discusses different ways to add style to the moves and goes over common mistakes so you don't make them. It's 15 minutes but it's a strong 15 minutes. I exspected more from the legend Mr. Freeze.......even though the vid is only 15mins I thought I'd see more moves and transitions. You'd be much better off buying Storm's vid.....this vid is not worth the $$
