SIZING: The CypherStyles Pads are are designed for a Small or Medium Sized User. To guarantee a good fit just wrap a piece of string around your elbow and measure how much string you need to completely circle your elbow comfortably. If it's less then 11.5 Inches or 28 Centimeters these pads will be a good fit for you. If your elbow is larger, these pads will not be a comfortable fit and we'd recommend our adjustable "PRIMO" elbow pads.

These elbowpads are truly the best. They are light weight and provide amazing cushioning. I would argue that the price is a bit demanding, but all in all, it is worth it.

I love training elbow freezes and drops, but if I'm not practicing on a mat or thick carpet by elbows get beat up. These pads make it very comfortable to train elbow moves, are almost weightless, break in quickly and are easy to spin on. The fit most people but you should check that your elbow is less than 11.5 inches around or else they will be too tight on you. If you want a larger pad check out the Primo, but these are nice because they don't get in the way, you can wear them to battles or practice and not even notice them until you do elbow moves and they don't hurt at all.
