Review of Ds Hip Hop Aerobics

If you're looking for a basic workout then this DVD is okay abd tge moves are cute, but I found the filming quality to be extremely poor (the camera shakes while filming, the angles are bad and the editing and sound quality is a backyard job) and the instruction is too repetitive. I've attempted this DVD several times now and always lost interest in watching it before reaching the end. Phat Moves: Street Dance Grooves is a much more interesting DVD.
