Definitive MTV Hip Hop Choregraphy
My biggest beef is when people take generic aerobic step workouts and call them "hip hop" for no reason. That is not this video. Darren took the EXACT choreography from music videos he choreographed for Christina Aguilera, NSync, JLo and Britney Spears and slowly and clearly breaks down every step for you directly from the video.
