Pryzm has combined his lifetime of bboying and his professional knowledge of personal training to create a unique video on strength and speed drills to help bboys worldwide. I'm a certified personal trainer too and Pryzm's drills are dead on, effective and will help any athletes or dancers coordination, balance, strength and speed.
