Barry Rabkin (BBoy Griz) is the dance-crazed mad mastermind/president/owner of Cypherstyles.com. A while ago, while bashing his head against a computer monitor because he couldn't find a good break dancing video store online, Barry had a pain induced epiphany. Why crack your dome off your LCD when you could round up all the best bboy videos and provide them to other people who are suffering from the same hip hop culture deprivation?

With a burning desire to create a complete video resource for the street culture community, Barry started forming partnerships out of his college dorm room near Chicago while he taught Breakdancing classes and competed around the Midwest. Barry threw himself into setting up distribution deals with the top street dance crews and biggest event promoters. Starting the company from the ground up wasn't always easy, but, like bboys doing head spins till their hair's ripped out, Barry is a glutton for punishment. The fact that he's a workaholic and street dance video junkie doesn't hurt either. The further fact that his friends jumped on board the CypherStyles bus to help out helped the business transform from a one man show to the internets dominant hip hop store.

CypherStyles.com has changed radically since it's founding. In less than 2 years, with over 600+ videos, CypherStyles has become the largest True Hip Hop video store online. Every day we ship out dozens of videos, spreading urban expression all over the planet. As CypherStyles has started doing serious business, Barry has stopped having time to sleep, but it's a trade he's glad to make to promote the culture he loves.

In his free time….yeah, right. I can't even finish that sentence with a straight face.

Christina - Director of Getting Things Done:
There are a few work positions in the world that have no titles and cover a little bit of everything. Positions like this have job requirements like "Experience in accounting, marketing, human resources, cleaning, carpentry, electrical work, graphic design, web development, search engine optimization, order fulfillment and a valid driver's license so that you can pick up Starbucks coffee." For the sake of argument, we will call this sort of position "Director of Getting Things Done." For CypherStyles.com, Christina is the "Director of Getting Things Done." If you found us on Google she's the reason, nobody would get paid if she didn't run payroll, and the coffee's the best in town!

In her free time, Christina enjoys driving big, fast and/or expensive cars, crocheting, hiking, reading fantasy novels and generally being the biggest dork she knows. If you had told her two years ago that she'd be working at a Hip Hop Site, she would have laughed herself into a coma because she is the (self styled) "Whitest White Girl from Whiteville."

Sarah - Director of Shipping:
Mrs. Cypherstyles is her name and shipping is her game! She is known as the Director of Order Fulfillment, the Czar of Hip Hop DVD Inventory, the Queen of Air-Filled Packing Material, the Giver of Stickers, Purveyor of Hip Hop Satisfaction, the Answerer of Questions, the General of the Miscellaneous Extra Stuff, and the Little-Big Cheese. The questions you have, she will answer. The orders you make, she will fill. If the office needs cleaned, she will tell someone else to clean it.

She also aspires to climb the company ladder. She is engaged to the Commander-in-Chief of Cypherstyles.com, whom she likes to spend her free time with. Sarah also enjoys grad school in her free time, she will graduate in 2012 and become Dr. Little-Big Cheese.

John - Director of Website Development:
John's job is to ensure a smooth, clean integration of all the various interests of the company, making browsing and shopping a fun and easy experience. John also handles many of the technical aspects of the site including video editing and viral promotion. He is also a very silly man.

In his free time, he enjoys long walks on the beach, picking pretty flowers, and drawing nervous pandas.
